Head Bartender Rob Kharazmi cut his teeth in cocktails as a fresh college graduate working backbar at Vancouver’s Fairmont Pacific Rim. Working closely under the guidance of the team, Kharazmi cultivated his interest in the craft of cocktails and the history of drinking trends. A Richmond native, Kharazmi has served as bartender at the Delta YVR International Hotel, Fairmont Pacific Rim and Fairmont Waterfront. Kharazmi brings his genuine passion for his work into each cocktail at Braidwood.
